- When contacting support, include your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.
Gameplay Help
- Atomixa is based on 2048-style sliding and merging. Two identical element tiles merge into the next chemical element by atomic number.
- Mainline levels are completed by creating the target element shown for that level.
- If a level feels blocked, check the target element and move limit, use items carefully, open the periodic table to review element order, and turn on Reduce Motion if animations make the board harder to follow.
Purchases
- Remove Ads is a non-consumable in-app purchase. It hides banner and interstitial ads after purchase or restore succeeds. Rewarded ads remain available only when you choose an optional reward.
- To restore a purchase: open Atomixa, open Settings, tap Restore, and stay online while StoreKit checks your App Store purchase history.
- Apple handles billing, refunds, and payment records. For refund requests or payment issues, use Apple Support or the purchase history tools for your Apple Account.
Privacy
- Atomixa stores gameplay progress and settings on your device. The app does not require an account. The privacy policy page is available at /en/privacy/.
Troubleshooting
- If the app does not start, try restarting the device and launching Atomixa again.
- If progress appears missing, avoid deleting the app before contacting support, because local progress is stored on the device.
- If sound, haptics, particles, or reduced motion do not behave as expected, check the in-app Settings screen first.
